Callum has always kept his very short, usually a number two all over.
Recently Soloman and Cody have been growing theirs, I hate their hair long. So today I managed to convince them that it needed to be cut for the summer so by winter it would have grown again.
Before, ( excuse the dirt on Cody's face!)
After a number four all over
He likes his long to so we're going to have to work out some kind of compromise.
I then clipped Tula, one of the dogs (different pair of clippers before you ask) she took just over an hour and I didn't think it was fair to ask her to pose for a picture after that ordeal.
We're going to bath her tonight to get rid of all the loose hair.
So that's hairdresser and dog groomer to add to the long list of other occupations I seem undertake nowadays!
I bought some dog clippers in the days when I had 3 Springers, a Westie and Ben. I had 3 lessons but could not do the feet or face, too wimpy. I salute you, Wonder Woman.
ReplyDeleteGosh, that's a lot of clipping! Only two of ours are longer haired, most of them are short.
DeleteThe boys look very handsome and somehow a little bit more grown up very andsome.
ReplyDeleteI love Cody's eyes when he's had his hair cut, it makes them look do big x
DeleteI hate going to the hairdressers so I tend to let my hair grow quite long then get it all cut off so that it's ages before I have to go again. I bet the boys will feel cooler for summer.
ReplyDeleteI don't go very often either Jo. I bribed the boys by telling them they would be cooler in this warmer weather and by the end of the summer it would be longer for the winter. When winter comes I'll have to think of something else to persuade them to get it cut!
DeleteI always cut my girls and boys hair until they were old enough to say now. We have a lovely hairdresser who comes to us every few weeks and does all our hair. No more wonky fringes for me. lol.
