Wonderful tea cosy, it has a 1940s look about it I love it!
Great idea to revamp old teashirts by tie dyeing, they might set a new trend off with their friends, beats having to buy new ones for them to hang around in during the holidays. X
Fab, I love it! I have been dreaming a lot about knitted/crocheted items lately. It's the first thing I intend to master when little lady will let me :)
lovely

DeleteFabulous. Well done to Eden for getting herself a job, hope it's going well. Love the tie dyed t shirts in the last post.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo. They are planning to tie dye some more this week. They've both been looking out old t-shirts today so they can give them a bit of a revamp!

They have great fun doing it too!
Deleteoooh I remember learning to knit those. My poor mother nearly pulled her hair out teaching me! I really struggled with the tension.

The first one I knitted was rubbish! Far too loose. Now I know what I'm doing the tension seems to be much better!
DeleteLove the tea cosy, it is just the right colour for a pot of mint tea.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pam. Their kitchen walls are yellow so it fits in nicely.
DeleteYou're so clever Bridget! x
ReplyDeleteAww shucks! Thanks Em x
