Tyxall and Chumleigh

Many thanks to simple Suffolk smallholder, Jo and Dreamer for their comments on my update post.

Tyxall
Is feeling very sorry for herself. She's all wrapped up in her cage nice and snug to sleep it all off.

Chumleigh
Is sleeping now but walked out the consulting room with his tail wagging and trying to sniff out the dog biscuit aisle.
They've both got to go back on Saturday to have their wounds checked.
Malc and all the boys are out at a scout meeting for Family Camp later in the year. They all go to the cub campsite for the weekend and Eden and I have a weekend of peace, which means I knit all weekend and she's out with her mates!!
Eden's in her room, dogs all laid round sleeping,
So three guesses what I'm going to do for the next couple of hours? Yep, those knitting needles are coming out!

    1. Thanks Dreamer. Since the dogs were free they have worked out expensive! My dogs are my guilty pleasure! When you work out how much the operation cost over, say ten years of their lifetime it doesn't work out too much a year. I definitely couldn't have dogs with puppies, I would never sell or give them away and I'd end up with even more dogs! Have I convinced ypou yet? It worked with Malc! Hehehe x

  4. Oh that Chumleigh is a heart stealer, love his name. They are both cute but have a thing about little boys with 4 legs and a waggy tail.I am so glad that all is well with them.

    1. Thanks Pam, they are both so different. The lady who gave me Chumleigh said she had to give him to me as I would be the only one who understood him! He's so thick it's hilarious! He laid on the sofa last night and every so often would give out a pityful whine, he was really milking it! Tyxall is lively, very cuddly and just wants to please. I wouldn't be without either of them! X

  5. Awww, bless them. I hope they had a good night, I bet they'll be just about back to normal today. Family Camp sounds like an opportunity for you and Eden to have a girly weekend doing things you wouldn't ordinarily do when the boys are around. You should take advantage of it being just the two of you.
